Is anyone into nerdy technical behind the scenes shit? This is my timeline for an acoustic session with Tangled Horns for @punktastic at @groezrock. We had two camera operators (myself and @smooth.sailor), a sound guy doing live mixes on site (Jurrie from Studio 9) and one or two GoPros mounted on the ceiling to get a wide angle for coverage. To edit I put the audio and all the video tracks on a timeline and synced them via a clap I got the artists to do, then cut between cameras manually. I'm still getting my head around the multicam features on Premiere but it seems more like live mixing rather than serious-go-balls-deep editing that I like to do. #editing #director #acoustic #live #sessions #music #videography #premiere #adobe
