Me in agony upon realising all those "Sorry to keep you waiting"s weren't foreshadowing for Asriel...
Anyway it's not that I'm surprised Toby is a Danganronpa fan, it's that I wish I could have lived in blissful ignorance for a little while longer. /silly /lh
I put him in a little work jacket, idk I drew it before realising it's probably different (and in general he doesn't have one), but I didn't want to redraw it 💔 Think of it as a headcanon, but I am never drawing him with one again 😭
SPOILERS for Lohen Story Quest (Special Programme teaser)
Abyssal intoxication
Photo ref. and progress pictures bellow:
- I had a very clear image with this one, not just trying to copy the reference pose, but also give it my own spin. Funnily enough I had an idea for a drawing with a VERY similar concept as this one, so when I watched the programme, I just poined and went "OMG I WAS GONNA DRAW THAT" (For context it was a Kris drawing about the "loosing their hand" theory). Frankly I already want to play around with the perspecrives some more, this was fun!
- The sketch itself took a WHILE and I think it somehow still looks like Diluc 😭? (am I crazy? It's the face that throws me off somehow... Anyway the color helped with that one). I also always sketch on paper before uploading it to digital, so this was a nice challenge!
In the spirit of drawing more consistently and not worry about results, but instead play around and learn!
Basically every drawing here was made in the span of a day: maybe it took 30 minutes, maybe a bit more. All for the sake of me making more completed works, draw quicker and without worrying about the result, and learn my fundamentals as well as any art programs and different brushes.
Commentary bellow:
We are so back! I haven't been consistent with these which is ok.
- The first three are me playing around with *drum roll* the Lasso tool!! Which I found exists in MediBang... I am blind.
- The next three are just me playing around with texture, color and lighting. No real thought behind them which is both a positive and a negative...
- And finally the last two, nothing too special there. Major shout out to Linh's creation on YT for the last drawing, since I heaavviily took inspiration from their recent art, especially the colors. They are a big inspiration for this series and a MASTER with Krita, which is a program I really want to properly delve into. They make incredible works, please check them out :')!

The first three drawings were made around Christmas time. The second drawing specifically is of chocolate coins.... I love chocolate coins...
Definitely my favourite out of the three, I had so much fun with the colors and idea.
The next three, as you can see, have totally different brushes used and!! I'm happy to report that I found the cool fun brushes in the program I use!! It only took me too long... But anyway the first was mostly a test.
The composition of the second one came from a dream I had. I really wanted to at least put up the general idea of what I saw onto paper. And no, that's not a hill :D
And the third is my little pride and joy from this bunch. I had a clear idea and I really wanted to take my time and execute it well. I like it, turned out very quaint. Gave me an idea for a bigger future project too. I will say though, now that I look at it, I would go back and experiment more with the lighting and coloring. It's relatively plain-feeling.
And lastly, the last two.
I had once again began one of these with a big idea that was going to take me a while, but felt rather burnt out and like I lost the entire reason for this challenge. We all go through that. So I made the cats the way I wanted and simply placed them in a pretty undetailed staircase area maze. I love the idea and would enjoy going back to it whenever I feel like subjecting myself to stairs perspective hell.
Last drawing I have nothing much to say, really ending it off Not with a bang. Which is the idea.
I'll be sure to make more whenever I get the chance, and compile them like this. This has been great fun. I am all too used to only drawing fanart.
