I am so glad this building survived…

Yes! Come to Torrance, where people will be friendly at the surface. Box stores, Toyota family vans, white BMWs, corporate coffee, thugs from..elsewhere coming to shop at the mall. If you are seen in a car older than say, 2008, they'll annoyingly pass you w/o a signal. if you dress anything outside of "relaxed" business casual, you are looked at awkwardly as a slob and they'll pull their bratty kids closer in to avoid you. Yeah. Great Place :)

I hear ya, Torrance is known for being white and uptight, but there are stuck up people everywhere. I’ve lived in Redondo my entire life and most of the people here are pretty awesome. I would just like to see the South Bay keep more of its vintage buildings and hold on to some of it’s history.
