These homes made from recycled shipping containers are growing in popularity and offer you a lunchtime reverie wherein you have an abundance of space along with peace and quiet, wrapped up in a neat looking package.

It seems building a home with these containers can be very affordable in comparison to a conventional stick framed house. The price for a 20′ shipping container (not including delivery) can range from $2500 to $4000. And as an example, the first home in the images above, a San Jose home orange with a slanted roof on top only cost only $40,000 to build.

Polish graffiti duo Etam Cru, composed of artists Sainer and Bezt, create murals of epic proportions. Spanning entire high-rise buildings, their works are heavily dosed with fantasy, even fairytale elements. Hints of Easter European folklore (mushrooms and forest creatures make frequent appearances) make their way into the action-packed scenes reminiscent of graphic novels.
