It’s been extremely hard to motivate myself to make a proper Bento in the freezing cold kitchen…

For these simple sandwiches, I used salad leaves from my ridiculously small balcony garden. Growing these greens helped me a lot to go through this gloomy time due to the Covid pandemic. I think it is because they kept showing me their unstained healthy existence every day.

I used a tomato which I harvested from my pathetically tiny balcony garden, just 5 seconds before I started cooking. I'm grateful for what I have right here right now.
