I'm thinking of starting a video project - a series of naked interviews with different people, speaking about moments of shame, how they felt and how different things could be. My hope it that this would spread awareness that most people are in a way or another ashamed of themselves, and really don't need to be - so that in the end this may help people living better with themselves.
