Hit a deadlift and squat PR in the last three days. Gotta workout to achieve my new look for 2016. Should be something like this.

I don’t draw enough and I don’t exercise enough. I need to spend more time doing the things that I want to get better at. Social lives are for nerds, am I right or am I right?

Starting the cube method tomorrow. Time to get strong and have some more direction in the gym.

This was a really fun project to work on.

This is the kind of stuff I visualize before attempting to hit new PRs when I lift weights, mostly because I'm a nerd, and also because I wish real life was more like a Frank Frazetta painting. Today I hit a new deadlift PR at 450 and I felt like a warrior.
