James EFFING Marsden

I need for James Marsden to catch a break, you guys. I have been rooting for him for years. SECRETLY STANNING HIM THE WHOLE TIME, like NO JEAN STICK WITH SCOTT. NAH, DON’T CHOOSE RYAN GOSLING OR CLARK KENT IN THIS ONE INSTANCE. 

He’s in love with the worst Lois Lane who’s in love with the dorkiest Superman ever. 

He loses the girl to Ryan Gosling in The Notebook. AND HE WAS ACTUALLY A SUPER COOL GUY IN THAT MOVIE NOT AT ALL AN ASSHOLE. 

He loses the girl to Wolverine. I mean, he was an actual superhero and STILL loses the girl. 

And on Westworld, I can see it happening again. He’s murdered over and over, finally figures out he’s a host, FINALLY gets the girl and she’s like “turns out you’re too good of a man, Teddy.” And totally changes his personality. In the end, she’s probably going to completely ditch him for MiB, pour some major salt in THAT wound. 

What did James Marsden ever do to deserve this? 

And don’t give me the one time he was in a rom-com with Katherine Heigle, THAT SHIT DON’T COUNT.
