Stella was casually walking along the sidewalk with one earbud in, trying to keep up with news from back home, when she faintly heard I’m late I’m late I’m late. She turned just in time to see who it was running into her. “Well, if just being late and dropping some stuff is the worse the bad luck will give me then it’s not too bad.” Stella flashed a warm smile before kneeling down and gathering some of the papers and runes. “So exactly how unlucky has today been?”

Rachel was in the middle of recording what could potentially help her find the hard-hitting story she was looking for. The brunette was crouching behind an armchair, vigorously writing in her notepad keywords that the two whispering professors were exchanging. They were just getting to the juiciest part when she noticed the shadow of a person grow from behind her– and just like that, the professors caught on and took off. Rachel stood with a huff and turned to address the person who cost her her story. “Look, its the beginning of the year which means that rumors are ripe, scandals are slow, and opportunity is practically pleading with me to make something interesting happen. If you’re going to lecture me about spying, eavesdropping, and the like, then why don’t we skip that, avoid these silly morals, and have you answer some questions for me instead?”

Stella was sitting alone, minding her own business until she noticed Rachel doing...well Rachel things. There may have been a handful of times she’d seen the other girl lurking around the fire dorms from time to time trying to get information. Making her way over, Stella couldn’t help the small smirk that came to her face while Rachel went on. “Well, I kind of really like my silly morals. They kind of keep me in check. You can ask me whatever questions you want but I don’t guarantee you’ll get any answers. Or the answers you’d want.”

Will heard a large crash and he sighed, his head rotating to look at the ceiling before he put his pants on. A shower after a workout was always needed for him but something like that was never a good sign. “Whatever you broke, I’m not helping you with it.”

“Fuck,” Stella cursed to herself, dropping one of the flame jousting sticks. Her attention was pulled across the room hearing William’s voice. “I didn’t break anything. Totally didn’t...I think I didn’t.” She quickly picked up the stick, giving it a quick look over. “Yeah, didn’t break it. We’re good.”

Volcano: What are you most afraid of?

I don’t think any kind of basic fear is a really valid thing anymore after losing so many friends. I guess losing more is what scares me the most.

Lava: Do you like to do reckless things?

I don’t necessarily set out to do reckless things, but when they turn reckless, they’re fun most of the time. 

Flame: Have you ever burned something?

I’ve burned way too many things to count. And paid way too much money to replace everything. 

Campfire: What’s your favourite childhood memory?

I remember I was in school and my mom came in, telling my teacher there was some family emergency so she had to take me out of class. In the car I asked her what happened, she said “nothing, we’re going to see Revenge of the Sith”

The cafeteria was kinda packed but Cole didn’t move, even as more and more students walked in. It wasn’t lunch time so he thought it was weird but didn’t bother moving, he kept scrolling through his phone. 

He noticed when somebody sat directly in front of him but again, didn’t give it too much attention. It did distract him when he felt eyes on him though. After a couple of minutes, Cole pressed his lips together but his eyes didn’t move from the phone. “You know, there’s this thing called a museum where you go in and stare at things. You have to pay to get in but I swear it’s worth a try, you can stare all you want and actually not piss anybody off in the process.”, the hand that was holding the phone fell to his lap. “Do you need anything?”, his eyes focused on the person in front of him. 

Stella sat down in front of Cole, partially just wondering how long it would take him to actually notice. “And you know there’s these things called technomages. I could totally get one to take a look at that phone and make it where you have to actually have human interaction.”

Yeah, trust is one of the most important things.

If it was someone I’m not in a relationship with then I don’t have a place to say anything. If it’s someone I was in a relationship with, I don’t know what I’d say.
