It’s finally reached this point. I’ve nearly finished the fifth age.

I told myself I would do WGS today but I still just don’t feel ready. Whenever I check the wiki page to see the required items checklist I see that it’s considered ‘the best quest ever’ and I wonder if I’m really ready to appreciate it fully. If I start it now I know I won’t be able to do it all in one sitting. And I’d either be doing it on my phone or on my laggy laptop. But if I don’t do it now when will I do it? There’s always some obstacles and honestly I enjoy looking forwards to it.

I’ll do it tomorrow I guess.

I just remembered this post and I’m bringing it back.

The Invention skill contains a lot more explosions than I would have expected. An alarming amount, to be honest.

#runescape #rs3 #I am suffering with invention rn #but man. I did not realise how good it is. these perks are crazy #if only I could actually get a good combination of them…#but I have no idea what this thing is meant to do. is it a net positive or negative. do I disassemble it

I’m currently going through one of those phases where I decide that I’m finally going to learn how to do invention. I’ve gotten 93 levels in just by disassembling stuff and discovering and using protean cogs during double xp.

My main obstacle each time I go through one of these phases is that I have nothing to augment. Except my imcando mattock, which I never seem to consider properly even though I love archeology. So I eventually just decide it’s not worth it

But this time I’m actually going to do it. Tomorrow I’m going to try to make sense of the optimal perks setup wiki page and put something, anything on my mattock so that it will be earning me xp and maybe, just maybe, that will be enough to get me to level 107 for the lotd and I can get back to doing clue scrolls.

The PoH rework is just around the corner and I am desperately hoping they add an option to just fill your property with frog ponds because otherwise I have absolutely no idea what to do with my house.

Huh I thought that slayer tasks would be much easier now that I’ve 99ed my melee skills, unlocked ancient curses, and upgraded to primal +5 equipment but this seems about the same as before

concept: video game that seems like just a simple open world survival sort of thing but all the important stuff is unlocked by doing things that are just completely random and unexpected and it doesn’t ever tell you what those things are. you just have to do weird stuff and hope that something happens. like you reach into a hollow in a tree and suddenly you unlock the ability to craft a sword.
