literally symmetra and moira are both the most frustrating and obnoxious characters in the entire fucking world because their abilities have stupid distance. other characters have weapons with ammo and distance caps, AS WELL AS damage drop-off for long distance shots. moira and symmetra both have weapons that are beam attacks that do a stupid amount of sapping damage. you can’t beat them from a distance because they have an advantage over you, you can’t beat them in a hallway because they both have abilities that allow them to dominate narrow spaces (moira beam + ball, symmetra turrets), and even in close combat their attacks are enough to knock a healer down to nothing too fast for them to even react. as a lucio it means dogshit if i’m fast and speed boosting my way around moira if she’s just going to be able to sap all of my health the moment that she spots me, and i can’t escape her beam bc it fucking FOLLOWS YOU AND IS CONSTANT!!! HOW R OTHER HEALERS EXPECTED TO COUNTER THAT!!! like obviously there are ways to do so but jesus christ it’s so annoying to constantly have to play 4D chess against moira’s damage beam stupid attack and SYMMETRA’S STUPID ASS TURRETS THAT SHOULD NOT HAVE A SLOWING EFFECT BECAUSE THEY ARE ALREADY OP AS SHIT AND CAN KNOCK A HEALER DOWN TO NOTHING WITHIN A MOMENT’S NOTICE AS WELL AND YOU CANT EVEN TRY TO FLY OUT OF IT AS MERCY OR SPEED BOOST AWAY AS LUCIO BECAUSE OF THE ASININE SLOWING EFFECT. YOU ONLY HAVE LIKE TWO HEALERS WITH PROPER ESCAPE ABILITIES AND YET YOU HAVE SO MANY CHARACTERS WHOSE ABILITIES LEAVE MOST HEALERS WITHOUT ANY SORT OF ESCAPE ROUTE!!! BLIZZARD WONDERS WHY NOBODY WANTS TO BE A HEALER AND WHY EVERYONE IS PLAYING THE SAME THREE HEALERS ALL THE TIME!!
