“I think it looks great! I could almost believe you were an actual cheerleader. How long have you been practicing?”

“Oh wow— I was a naughty, little kitty.” There was a coquettish smile tugging at her lips as she pushed into the other’s dressing room. She was still dressed in her outfit from the shoot, figuring she’d stop to at least make conversation with the other before she left. Their back was turned to her, showing off her handiwork which she examined with a growing smirk. “I fucked your back up pretty bad, huh?”

Stephen glanced over his shoulder as he heard the door open and couldn’t help but grin as he saw who it was. He lifted his arms above his head and stretched slowly, deliberately, arching his back to show off the marks she’d left and letting a little contented sigh escape his lips as he did so. “Oh, these?” he asked innocently, blinking at her in feigned confusion. “Nah, these are nothing. I can barely feel them, really.”

“it’s a little bit of both,” scarlet said with a smile, her arms reaching up behind her so that she could run her fingers through his hair. “this art does like to be touched.” 

“I’m surprised you don’t have more people vying for this privilege,” Stephen replied, ghosting his fingertips up her sides and pressing his lips to her neck. “I’m lucky I’ve got such beauty all to myself for a little while.”

“There now, all sorted.” He dropped the bra to the floor and leaned down to kiss his way down her neck, hands running down her sides to rest just above her underwear. “I still think you’re wearing too much clothing, though.”

“Fine, fine - It’s your loss, not mine.” The Stylist replied, rolling her eyes momentarily as the other spoke. Running her hands through his hair to straighter it out reaching out for the scissors just out of reach, which were eventually grasped by reaching over him - the height of laziness if ever there was one - the female huffed out a sigh.

“I’d ask if you want a wash and blow dry but being where we are I migt give people the wrong idea.”

And with that she began to spray water onto his hair, combing it out as she did so.

“Oh, it’s definitely not a loss,” Stephen laughed, tilting his head back to give her easier access. “If you’re so desperate to give someone purple hair, why not dye your own?”

“Well, hey, I wouldn’t complain,” he grinned lazily, winking up at her.

His eyes slipped shut and he hummed lightly as she started working on his hair, smiling in contentment and slouching lower in the chair.

“R. Kelly is a standard,” he agreed, nodding. He couldn’t help but laugh at that. “That’s exactly what it is! I don’t know how people can stand it.”

Tai reinforced as if that made some form of insightful difference. A few moments later and upon realizing he wasn’t budging, she sighed and promptly dropped the bottle - somewhat petulantly - on the table. 

“Fine, what’re you having.”

“I don’t care how ‘in’ it is. I am not having purple hair.”

He glared at her for a few moments in silence until she gave up and then smiled, leaning back comfortably on his chair.

“Just the usual, and anything you think will make me look even more gorgeous that does not involve changing the colour of my hair.”

   she sniffled quickly but smiled none the less. “i really didn’t expect to have that much fun.” she felt a little silly for the tears, but it’d only messed up her make up.

“It’s always nice when you’re pleasantly surprised like that,” he smiled, gesturing for her to follow him into the kitchen for some water.

   “it’s got that sexy undertone that our set music lacks.” she laughed.

“Oh, absolutely,” he agreed with a laugh. “Honestly, I have nightmares about that music sometimes.”
