We did it again. We made another little human. I can’t believe it. Adrian Alexander Woodward was born 10.26.22 at 8lbs even. @vancityaustin and I are counting our blessings and excited to be a family of four and watch these little boys grow into the best of friends. 🥰 . Birth wise, this was night and day. Still induced, and still long but when the drugs actually work, it’s a game changer. Haha. Prioritize yourself. It’s not always easy, some days it’s downright impossible, but it needs to be done. It’s 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐥𝐝 𝐌𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐡 𝐃𝐚𝐲 and it needs to be said more often, that taking care of yourself and your emotional needs are important. You deserve love and affection, and not just from others, from 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐟 too. If you are suffering, or going through something, know that you are not alone. No matter how others act, they too are going through, or have gone through a difficult time. It does not need to define you. Reach out, ask for help and prioritize your needs. We can’t wait to meet you baby boy. . #TBT to three weeks ago w @acapello_photography getting some maternity photos. I never got any done when I was pregnant w Theo, and always said I would do it for round 2. I had been looking forward to these for so long, and prepped all the kinds of shots I wanted, and picked the wardrobe etc. If you know me, you know I’m pretty organized. Cut to the day of the shoot and due to forces outside of my control, I was running late and a bit panicky- which resulted in me leaving my well thought out bag of clothes (and underwear) outside my car at home (45 mins away from the shoot). Luckily, Amanda is a pro and has a great wardrobe I could utilize, but I was still a bit crushed, 😐.
