I’ve been carrying versions of this story in my head for over twelve years. Some of them made it onto the page. Some of them didn’t.

The Alternate Path was written, edited, and redrafted more times than I can count. And while parts of it still feel right, others never fully settled. This is not a replacement for that story, nor a continuation of it. This is the version that waited.

Teen Wolf: The Parallel Path is a darker, more mature remix, one that leans harder into consequence, interiority, and the cost of surviving. Familiar events unfold differently here. Some lines are crossed earlier. Some are never uncrossed at all. The Alternate Path crawled, so the Parallel Path could run.

The story itself unfolds slowly and deliberately. If you’re reading along, think of these pieces as a visual echo rather than a guide fragments of mood, character, and atmosphere that exist alongside the text, not ahead of it.

If you enjoy the story, comments and feedback on the Archive mean more than you might think. This project has been a long time coming, and knowing it’s being read makes the quiet parts worth writing.

Absolutely no shade to Eaddy Mays - she’s a fantastic actress - but I’ve always thought Kate Beckinsale would’ve been an even better fit for Victoria Argent. (They probably didn’t have the budget for her, lol.) In my AU, though, she is Victoria Argent. And honestly, the resemblance between her and Allison is unreal.

It’s getting more and more common. I’ve seen three posts about it in the last 24 hours - patreons where you’ll get “exclusive” fanfiction stories if you’re a subscriber.

Don’t.

Don’t do it.

It’s annoying, but mostly it’s fucking dangerous.

The whole fanfiction community prosper on someone else’s turf under “fair use” laws. In simple terms: we can play with other people’s creations for as long as it’s done for our own amusement, and that of our followers.

Once any kind of financial benefits are made, it becomes another abuse of someone else’s rights.

And look, I get it. It sucks, especially seeing the artists take commissions while the authors get nothing, and it takes hours and hours of our time, and I understand people are looking for a side hustle to make ends meet in this monstrosity of a capitalist society, but if we don’t stop it from happening, the rights owners will stop it.

And they’ll stop it for everyone.

It’s not worth it. Don’t do it.

OMG, Teen Wolf: The Alternate Path is EVERYTHING. This series has completely taken over my life in the best way possible! It’s like stepping back into the Teen Wolf world but with so much more depth, emotion, and just…magic. Andrew Argent? Obsessed. He’s such an incredible character—strong, flawed, and so real. His journey fits perfectly into the show’s universe, but it also brings this fresh perspective that makes it even better.

And don’t even get me started on Andrew and Stiles! The slow-burn tension between them? Chef’s kiss. Every glance, every moment—it’s like my heart is being ripped apart and stitched back together. And the way the story dives into the supernatural lore? The Shadow Council and Tēolōtl stuff is so dark and epic, but it still feels like classic Teen Wolf.

This isn’t just fanfiction; it’s like a love letter to the show and its fans. It’s so emotional and gripping that I honestly forgot I wasn’t watching this play out on my screen.
