A good place to start if you struggle with this:

You don’t have to laugh at men’s jokes if they aren’t funny. You can literally just stand there stonefaced if you didn’t find it amusing. Even if the joke wasn’t indefensibly repulsive. If you didn’t find it funny you don’t have to laugh

You also don’t have to stop talking when they interrupt you. You can just keep talking. If you’re in a group of more than you & him you can turn physically to face the other person and continue the conversation with them instead.
