Cats make my eyes water (not allergy related)

For context, I have a 15 month old cat that usually jumps on and play attacks our 9 near old cat while she's sleeping. Sometimes this occurs out of boredom and more often it is due to him wanting the cozy spot she occupies in that moment. Though this annoys her greatly, she has grown rather patient and tolerates his bs at this point. Though recently I've noticed her standing her ground a bit more.

Today I witnessed the 15 month old cat wake up and start legitimately cleaning (not just annoying until she gets up) the 9 year old cat whose fur layers go so deep that I have never touched her skin. He was cleaning her ears and neck/shoulders, places we usually have to brush because she struggles to get herself, all while she was sleeping with a smile on her face.

Seeing this was a sentiment so sweet, it literally moved me to tears (as is thinking about it now, again).

If I've nothing else in this crazy world, at least i have music to help me keep sane.

What Makes me happy

The one thing that makes me happy without fail, is feeling appreciated. Feeling needed and knowing that i am making a difference in someone's life. Just being around my friends, knowing we are in it together.

Sometimes, when I'm feeling sad, I don't want to. Other times I wish my tears would become rain so i could nourish a beautiful garden. (I think I'll illustrate this in the future....possibly in the sketchbook that needs to be finished ASAP).
