I shower at the gym and then drive to work. I don’t take the train to work.

I try to go to bed at 9:45pm because I wake at 5:45am at the latest

How did you go about cutting and bulking? I have been bulking for more than 6 months now but I feel cutting might be necessary soon as I see those love handles encroaching..

I never bulk enough to need to cut lol :S my diet is shot tbh. I’m trying to bulk atm so will keep ya updated
