Note to Self: You gotta do this for you. This is for you. This isn't about anybody. Live for you. Honor you. Never lose sight of that.
You are so used to your features, you don’t know how beautiful you look to a stranger.

Valentines is coming up…
Alex Meraz asks: “Be my Valentine?”
I competed in my first pole competition last Saturday, and I am SO proud of the result. The most important thing for me was to go out there, do what I’d planned, and to give a memorable show - and I did. Beside that, I ranked 6th in my category, which I am proud of, as the competition was incredibly tough. My category was “beginners”, which includes everyone who’ve trained less than 2 years (I’ve been at it for 1 year and 4 months), and the winner was doing deadlift after deadlift. As you may notice I was heavily inspired by The Pole Actor - Danielle Romano, and Heidi Coker.
Or discovering the power I never knew I had. It’s incredible.

because guess what? It’s normal and healthy to embrace your raging hormones and you shouldn’t feel any shame in listening to your body. STOP obsessing over the scale because NO you didn’t gain 10lbs in a few days time… it’s just water!
Love this!

You need to do different kinds of exercises to build that sixpack.
