“Anxiety Diaries” 👶🏻 Today we’re celebrating World Mental Health Awareness Day. Let’s share in the comment session our mental health journey guys. You can share this post as much as possible. Swipe right to see the framed piece. Here is my final A2 artwork piece that I’ll be displaying in a group exhibition called “𝐂𝐀𝐓𝐇𝐀𝐑𝐒𝐈𝐒” showcasing artists’ personal stories on mental health. I’ll be selling this exclusive piece there. So if you’re interested you can purchase directly. Anxiety Diaries is an artwork that I have created representing my emotions and thoughts of growing up, in a stage where everything seems to be new and unfamiliar especially during my pregnancy right now. Many eyes stare at me, less sleep thinking about solving one problem to another, and worrying too much of the future that have not existed yet. I would think sleeping pills or muscle relaxant tablets might help this situation.
