Following the show's panel at NYCC 2015, we caught up with Teen Wolf showrunner Jeff Davis to discuss tone, cast and... TV movies?

Forbes: So, they announced at the panel that they’re giving you a Tuesday slot at 9pm for the first time…

Jeff Davis: Yes.

Given that, are you all nervous? Is there more pressure when you’re an anchor for the schedule?

Davis: Not really. I kind of gave up on… Neilson ratings are so nerve-racking. As you see with the broadcast networks, no one’s really paying attention to the first night. It’s all about live+3.

Hello Wolfies! (No, I’m not dead!)

Hello everyone!

Just to confirm that I’m not actually dead, haha. I’m so sorry that the blog has been neglected over the last while!

 I’ve been unbelievably busy in my personal life (starting college, woo!) so I simply haven’t had the time to update the blog. There also hasn’t been much Teen Wolf news lately.

However, I’m working on the possibility of covering other things that I enjoy other than Teen Wolf here, to help us survive the hiatus. If this plan goes ahead, I’ll be tagging everything appropriately, so if you don’t want Flash related things on your dash, you can block it out and only see my Teen Wolf posts. I’m really digging the idea of turning this blog into a space for all my different entertainment loves in life, including my favourite Teen Wolf, of course.

We’ll see what happens!

In the meantime, thank you for sticking by me. Love you guys! Hope I can get some good content out for you soon.

The theme for season is resurrection and rebuilding.

Episode 5x11 picks up the same night as 5x10.

They’re treating the season like a big monster movie.

Teen Wolf 5B airs sometime in January 2016 (x)

Characters

Scott

Is working to find hope again.

Will be him trying to draw back his friends into a pack once again in order to both help Lydia get out of Eichen House and also stop what’s going to potentially kill all the people they love.

Will try to explore what side effects coming back from the dead might have on him.

Will have to work through some underlying resentment with Stiles. And it’s going to take more than one episode for them to forgive each other.

Teen Wolf Season 5B Spoilers

The theme for season 5B is resurrection

This season is going to be Scott’s pack vs Theo’s pack

Hayden being a part of Theo’s pack will create some interesting conflict between her and Liam 

We’re also seeing a lot of characters coming back (Valack, The Desert Wolf, Braeden)

Braeden is going to help Malia find the Desert Wolf and take her down

Void Stiles will come back

We’ll see Kira in episode 12

Derek could potentially make a return

Lydia will be committed to Eichen House since Theo forcibly entered her mind

Teen Wolf season 5 will return in January 2016 with the final 10 episodes

Season 5, episode 11 will take place on the same night as episode 10, meaning there will be no time jump between the two parts.

I now have hope Theo wont be the one to die, as the man who plays Sheriff has said episode 10 is the most emotion of Teen Wolf ever and the woman who helped write it said it would hurt loads.

At the present moment, if Theo died half the fandom would be celebrating, it wouldn’t be a sad episode (Would be for us Theo fans!) which makes me think it’s somebody we love who is going to die. Remember Melissa was in the library too, what if it’s her?

If Melissa dies I am 5 million percent done (which I mean in the best possible way because I’m a terrible human and I love it when characters suffer loads which is probably why I love Buffy so much).
