"Did you say mom? Did you say Mom is going to kill you?! What do you mean Mom? What about Dad? Is he… Is she…” Stiles finally stopped and ran a shaking hand through his hair. “What do you need to open it?” To get back to Mom.
"Of course I said Mom's going to kill me. Dad's a giant teddy bear and I haven't done anything illegal - the law is his area, magic is Mom's." She didn't understand his reaction, why had his aura gotten all gross? "What's wrong with you?" It hits her suddenly, hard like the backlash of a spell gone so very wrong, that she might know why he was freaking out. Her eyes were wide as she said, "You lost Mom."

"You don’t know my specific questions, You’re a parallel universe me, not a psychic!" Stiles snapped at her, finally losing what composure he had. He barely even noticed her compliment on his looks. "My question is, which universe are we in? Mine or yours? How does the misplaced one get back? And oh my God why did you get that nose and I got this one? Not fucking fair!”
"Well, obviously I'm in your uni since I'm the one that popped in out of nowhere. And I got this cute as hell nose because I look more like mom than you do." Her eyes widened suddenly and she ran a hand through her hair. "Oh fuck, Mom is going to kill me when she finds out that I'm here. But it shouldn't be too hard for me to get back, I just have to open a rift back to home."

This must what be going mad feels like. Or at least what Alice in friggin’ Wonderland felt like. Somehow Stiles had managed to turn a simple “true reflection of self” spell into a warped dimensional doorway into a parallel universe where he was staring at himself.
Himself that had werewolf gleaming eyes and teeth and claws, oh my, grandmother!
"Haha, funny story and I can totally explain?" Stiles blurted, hands up in the air and empty fingers fanned wide.
"Whoa, what the fuck?" The words were out of Stiles' mouth as he stared at himself, startled. Sure, a lot of shit had gone down in his life - he was a werewolf for fuck's sake - but he'd never encountered doppelgangers before.
"Is this a 'bane hallucination? Goddammit, I told Erica to stop dosing my drinks." It would be just his luck that his packmate had spiked his drink again. His eyes flashed blue before his attention slipped from planning revenge on Erica back to the copy of himself.
Stiles looked himself up and down, mouth falling into a frown as he scented the air. "You're human. That's... Okay, you said you can explain? Do it." His eyes went blue again before fading to their normal golden brown. "Because this is seriously messing me up. I haven't smelled like that in— not the point." He stopped himself quickly. "Just explain, okay, me? If you really are me..."
