SO yeah several people in the past few months have asked me about my editing process and i said that i’d hopefully do it after gen 2 stuff and since i’m taking a break from gen 2 and wanna stall bc returning to gen 1 will be painful, ya girl got her ass to go through with it. keep in mind, this tutorial is for people who already know the basics of photoshop. if you don’t there’s many tutorials online that’ll help beginners. i’m gonna be editing a pic of val and chance all dressed up and ready to crash a prom to get lit with their homies maggie and eli

it’s quite sad because i’ve always adored the sims franchise. i’ve played it since i was a child. but with the recent developments over the years + constant greed from ea it’s truly become such a disappointment. if it weren’t for simblr and my enjoyment in creating and admiring other people’s creations, i would’ve left it in the dust years ago. making it a personal canvas is the only way i can continue finding any sort of happiness in it

I wrote this post at 4am when I was already half asleep, and now that I'm awake I want to say more about this topic.

Several OG content creators are promoting the idea that using AI is normal to their big audiences, and i don't fuck with it.

It doesn't matter whether you created the image yourself or found it on Pinterest, more clicks, more engagement, more promotion, more money - all of this gives "AI artists" more reasons to create more and more images every day, so you're contributing to the damage.

I've never intentionally used AI or interacted with it in any way. A simple Google search is enough to understand how negatively it impacts our planet. I won't list all the downsides of AI, because if you actually care, you already know all about it.

I often hear people use excuses like "AI is everywhere, you use Google, which has AI, you use TikTok and other things, you don't have a right to complain, you should stop using your phone". But it's a completely different when these things are pushed into our daily lives against our will, and when you intentionally create and promote AI generated content.
