[ a voice broke through his thoughts as he continued down a road. Blinking twice, he looked over to who was talking to him. Well, looked over then directly down seeing as the man’s stature was significantly shorter. The greeting definitely threw him off, however. ]

"Is it?" he decided to ask, silver eyes flashing to the left as though he was unsure. Looking back, he studied him as his weight shifted foot to foot. "….What…are you, mind me asking?” [because Draco surely didn’t. ] “Are you some mutant human-goblin?”

Expecting another reaction from the fellow human Bilbo frowned slightly offended "No I'm not. I'm a hobbit." he stated with his gaze fixed on the stranger. "Being so rude wasn't necessary" regretting the politeness of his greeting a few seconds ago, "I think you dropped this" handing him over a small envelope.
