I know I need a better morning routine, but it feels impossible to stick to one. I’ll have a day where I wake up I do yoga I go on a nice walk and feel pretty good. I’ll think “wow I want to do this every day”

And then the next morning I wake up feeling like dogshit and I keep hitting snooze and my phone alarm is just playing in the other room but I just refuse to get out of bed… and now I have basically 2 minutes to get ready/out the door

Everyone in the office is trying to figure out the drama going down between our managers lately. Usually they are super close, talking/laughing/bantering all the time but the past 2 weeks they have barely spoken a word to each other and they’ve stopped saying goodbye to everyone when they leave. Idk what’s going on but the energy in the room is definitely ominous

There’s a video I saw the other day and it’s literally not that funny but the timing of it all made me laugh so hard I wheezed and cried. It’s some “tell me when” and the person filming waits so long to say “when,” and then he farts while the speaker is talking. Giggling as I type. I can’t watch it at work because then my coworker will want to know what’s making me laugh, and how tf am I supposed to explain this to someone 70+ ??? I can’t.

This is just like those “why do you want to be a firefighter?” videos. I can’t keep myself under control when the most unfunny shit imaginable is in front of my eyes and ears
