Went stash diving in my fabrics and made myself a project bag while eagerly waiting for my next package of #yarnmail to arrive. Complete with internal pockets & ring holder for stitch markers/progress keepers. Big enough to fit my ipad, notions pouch, and small-ish project. Will definitely be making more of these! Finally finished my Thanksgiving Turkey-Coma socks from @dragon_hoard_yarn in DRK Everyday Sock pattern by @dreareneeknits I never want to take them off! I didn’t do the full stirrup in the pattern because I thought I didn’t have enough of that color (turns out I did 😖), but I’m loving the strappy look anyway. When the news of RGB’s death hit, I was in the middle of cutting and tying hundreds of pieces of fleece to a sink mat to make a snuffle mat for my dog. I was grateful to have a distraction to stave off the doomsday spiral, and, today, I recognize that I was making something new and joyful out of literal shreds.
