The hallways were practically deserted, which was unusual at this hour, but provided a clean route of escape at least. The peace proved not to last, however. A crash sounded from somewhere, and Fia bolted down the empty hallway, two security guards on her trail. She looked back at them and sharply turned another corner, ignoring the shouting for her to stay still. Unfortunately, there were three agents there at the ready, tackling her to the ground.
“AAAH!” she struggled under their iron grip, squirming. Patches of her scalp were bleeding and bald. “Ugh- let- me- go- agh-” but her efforts were in vain as they forcefully tied her arms up with thick hemp rope.
“Tsk, tsk, tsk. You really thought you could escape so easily, subject?” Allaria lazily rounded the corner, laughing mockingly. “Aww, I thought you knew better. Then again, you don’t remember anything about us or this place, so I suppose you wouldn’t.” They crouched down in front of Fia’s face on the ground, taking out a tablet and showing something to Fia. The footage was blurry from the security camera. Fia looked confused for a moment before recognition flashed in her eyes, her shock and horror unmistakable. “Recognize your little friends by any chance, subject?”
“It was really easy, actually. Pathetically so. They were practically begging to be noticed in that van of theirs,” Allaria giggled, taking out something from her pocket. It was red. With a click, the silver blade was pushed up. A box cutter. Why do they just have that in their pocket? Who knows.
“Now, behave yourself, won’t you? Or I’ll go and carve checkers in their flesh right now with this knife. Peel their skin off, inch by inch, take a peek at their muscles and bones… hehe, you’ll even get a front row seat!” Allaria hummed for a moment, thinking. “Or maybe I should put them in the same tank I used to drown you in? Turn on the electric current even?” Allaria giggled manically at the look of pure horror on Fia’s face.
“N-no, no, please don’t hurt them, they’re innocent—” she stammered, choking and sputtering on her words. “I-I’ll be go-good, I-I promise! I promise, just- just don’t hurt them!” Fia sobbed.
“Heh. I thought so.” Allaria stood up, dusting off their skirt. “Coopperate, don’t try pulling a stunt like this again, and they won’t be hurt. Do we have a deal?” Fia nodded, tears welling up in her purple eyes. “Good!” Allaria grinned cheerfully and put away the items, like she didn’t just threaten to flay Fia’s friends alive.
“Take it back to its cell. And station more security around it will you? Can’t have it try to escape again~ I have plans for it after all, big plans, hehe!~” Allaria hummed a tune as she walked away with a bounce in her step, leaving the security guards to haul a hollow-looking Fia away.
