he’s rather blunt and a bit of a brat

but he just needs guidance, honestly. it’s tough out there when your only parental figure was obsessed with his evil corporation

he can and will fight his dad and team rocket... and win.

he’s gonna be extremely disoriented not being in a world where there’s practically no pokemon, so expect him to be kinda fiesty about it.

as stated on my rules for him, he’s a pretty blunt muse and he isn’t really nice a lot of the time, so tread carefully! just know mun =/= muse and mun is again, a softie

The human, Silver– he seems really disappointed now, doesn’t he? “That’s a nice name. It’s nice to meet you, Silver. But you know, I– don’t have a trainer, though?” Only teachers. But that’s not exactly the same now, isn’t it? Teachers teach and trainers train. The latter is certainly more exhausting in that prospect and he frowns a little. Does he even want a trainer?

“My older brother once offered to train me because I was just curious about it. But it was too exhausting, so I quit after ten minutes.” Pumping iron, that’s it. He’s never going to try that again. He’s a master of speed and ninjutsu, he doesn’t need muscles, right? “How about you tell me a little more about your training?”

“So you’ve trained yourself?” Silver asks, still preferring to follow knowledge about what he knows rather than what he’s being told. “Wild Pokemon do have a tendency to do that. So you have a brother too?... I guess Pokemon do have families after all. I suppose it makes sense since there are daycares.”

“If you mean my Pokemon training, my Totodile seems to be at a low level. But I will find any chance to make him stronger. After all, I want to be the strongest Pokemon trainer. Even if I seem to be far away from Johto.”

He pauses...

Did Michaelangelo mean his own training?

“If you mean mine, I have done some work to improve my physical strength.” Especially since he wants to take down Team Rocket.... But maybe he won’t say that right now. “However, nowadays I prefer to train my Pokemon rather than myself.”

Silver was completely befuddled by the comment, “What-?” He exclaims, “No. Your thoughts are completely wrong. My thoughts are right and the exact thing I need to succeed in life.”

Squirtle? Nope, sounds too baby. Wartortle? Sounds dramatic, but nope. Blastoise on the other hand sounds funny. He might just roll with that? It seems superior to the other two, too.

“Let’s go with Blastoise” he ultimately decides with a nod. So he’s– a mutated Blastoise now? Or a turtle mutating into a Blastoise? That part of the story still stands on uncertain legs. But whatever, if you deal with normal humans, it’s the best to just roll with whatever they seem comfy into believing.

“Actually, you can just call me Mikey. But, err– I only fight for my family or if I really have to. I’m sorry. Though if you have any troubles, I can try help you out, maybe?”

“So I suppose you’re a Pokemon who already has a trainer, since you have your own nickname.” Silver mumbled to himself, “I see...”  He’s disappointed that someone found this Pokemon first, but there’s nothing he can do to change that. If he tries anything, he’s sure that he’ll be cornered. The Totodile that he stole from Elm is only level 5 and even if he can fight, he’s sure he won’t be able to fight against this Pokemon with high expertise. Let along his ‘team’ or family, as Mikey calls it. But little does Silver know, Mikey isn’t a Pokemon at all and he doesn’t have a trainer!   Typically Silver doesn’t like introducing himself, but he’ll make an exception for Mikey.  “...Name’s Silver.” He replies cooly.

That can fight each other? He really doesn’t like the sound of that. “You know we can do more than fighting and looking good, right? We have families and we love each other, too.” He really feels like that needs to be said here. There has to be more to a living thinking being than just… fighting.

The question about his species has him thinking a moment. He would be certainly a new one to that guy anyway, so he can come up with whatever he wants. Mutant? That’s what he is and he wouldn’t even lie in that case. Win-win, right?

“I’m a Mutant Turtle~!”

Silver can’t help but wince a little at the words ‘love’ and ‘family’ being mixed together. It was something rather unusual to him and hard to relate to. Especially since his father primarily focused on Team Rocket more than anything else. He doesn’t know how to reply or how to even react. Instead, he just says “...Yeah,” in a flat manner. Silver listened to the reveal. Mutant turtle... Hm? He pauses for a moment, thinking back at the Pokemon that look similar to the mutant turtle. There was a line of water Pokemon that looked like him... Maybe he was one of those? “So you’re a Squirtle...? Perhaps a Wartortle?” He can’t help but smirk a bit, setting a devious plan in his head to try to catch the turtle. “Or maybe you could be something even better, a Blastoise? I don’t have any Pokeballs, but would you like to work and fight for me, by chance?”

After exploring this new world, Silver hates to say he’s kind of exhausted. It’s inevitable that he has to go back to his assigned room and sleep. So after the day’s up, Silver wanders off to Waypoint. Eventually, he finds his room and uses his keys on the door. However, this sight is very unexpected.  He sees... A gigantic sun?! Sure, there’s rumors about a sun and moon Pokemon frequenting Hoenn but did they ever look somewhat haunting like this? “WHAT KIND OF POKEMON ARE YOU?!” He shouts, very boisterously at that.

Propping one hand on her hip, she raises an eyebrow at the kid.

“Obviously you do, sorry to break it to you. But we all do, one time or another.”

Maybe she’s right. He’s not gonna say that he agrees out loud, however. His eyebrow can’t help but twitch a little. Instead, he’s just going to keep ‘proving’ his point, even if it’s incorrect in the end.

“Still don’t think I need it.”

Mikey stops in his monologue about how he found no pizza yet that beats the ones he eats at  'Lou, Mike Tony, Tony’s Pizza‘ with slight confusion. What are Pokemon? And is this human mistaking him for one? Well, that sounds like a change from being dressed as an alien turtle. Except, you know, he has really no idea what pokemon are. But if it doesn’t freak the human out, he might as well just roll with it.

“OH. Is that how you humans call the likes of us?”

He’s unamused at that reply. How can a Pokemon not be aware that they’re a Pokemon...? “Yes, that’s exactly what we call you.” Silver replies, completely oblivious that he just made a huge mistake. “You’re creatures that can fight each other and you all have different fighting abilities according to your type. Now, do you know what your species name is?”

           “Tch. What is this even supposed to be?” Kaigaku stares at the granted standard issue smartphone with disgruntled bewilderment. Such technology doesn’t exist in the timeline he is from. By what he can tell though, it does seem to hold importance. Many people he sees around him appear enamoured by this object.

          Which makes the fact he doesn’t know what it is or what it can do even more frustrating to him. What did he miss aside of being somewhere completely unfamiliar to begin with? He can’t remember how he got here. He just woke up in this foreign room and left it as soon as he was able to stand and walk properly again.

          He is in a sour mood. And he wants answers.

          “Why is this object so important?”

Silver clicked his lips, staring at the accursed object. “Like I know.” He doesn’t see much of a point in it either. Does this thing keep track of Pokemon? It doesn’t seem to be the case. Supposedly it’s to contact people but Silver doesn’t need to contact anybody. Like hell he’d contact someone; he doesn’t need to socialize with anyone that badly.

It seems like this woman wants to help him, but Silver doesn’t want the help. Her trying to converse with him only irritates him even more. “...I’m fine. I don’t need your help.” He tries to reply as coolly as possible, but some of the irritation manages to slip out.

Even though the ninja turtle is trying to converse with him, Silver doesn’t seem to be paying much too much attention to the conversation. Instead, he’s thinking to himself on how Pokemon seem so different in other regions... Sadly, Silver seems to think this guy is a Pokemon.  Without thinking, he begins to ponder these thoughts aloud. “Hmm, the Pokemon in other areas of the world can speak our language? I see...”
