Good Morning My Starlings....
Looks like we have a birthday in the house.... Mine.... Another year old leveling up... So much I could say... But I DO want to thank you, my starlings for putting up with me and my weirdddd blog… this platform is making it easier… a lot easier to be bipolar.. and I couldn’t do it without you… so thank you my starlings for giving me the best birthday!! Today… we r getting our nails and hair done.. it’s been years for both so I truly cannot wait
Good evening starlings! I'm not sure if I told ya all... But went to see my mom in NY for a few weeks... Made it here last night... A few hours late, but I made it... Whoo hoo... Good day today... Made it to church this morning... And then mom and I made Shepards pie and garlic bread.... Yummy... Then was watching a movie... And didn't even get to finish it... Passed the fudge out right on the couch... Now, thought id check in to see how everyone is doing, and hope you all doing well... Will be posting as much as I can... This is my wake and bake morning... Last week and this week so far has been the most stressful weeks I’ve had in a long time.. but this week is new.. still as stressful… but I am hoping the rest of the week goes well. As I am going to see my mom as the end of the week! Going to Mexico New York, there will be plenty of videos and pictures along the way since I will be taking the train there and back… it’ll be interesting to ride the train with COVID still lingering around… excited to meet new people, and see some old friends… it’ll be great to spend my birthday again out of state… Whoo hoo!!

I’m sorry I haven’t been posting… slots been going on the last few days… the landlord is coming down from Tennessee.. so my dad and I are cleaning the house up making sure that everything looks good for when he comes… we r getting a new boiler so… and then.. just been over annoyed with everyone and everything… like im really not trying to be an asshole… just is happening to be that way… and my ex didn’t call me the other day. So I blew em off two days in a row. Let him worry about what I am doing. FOH.. like… i NEED to get this mans name off of me, before he gets out of prison. Because I AINT his property. Not now or ever… so please forgive me… im struggling really bad…

sensory seeking is a form of self-regulation where we seek stimulation and sensory input and we should never stop someone from seeking sensory input.
turns out I'm a huge sensory seeker when it comes to certain sensory input so I wanted to share what sensory seeking as an adult looks like for me:
smoking cigarettes
eating crunchy foods
listening to music really loudly
tight hugs
enjoying fizzy soft drinks
eating salt and vinegar chips
repetitive movements like rocking back and forth
making lots of noise
seeking out specific scents
enjoying dancing at clubs and pubs
scrolling on your phone
needing background noise
lots of heavy blankets
honestly though I love fizzy soft drinks like there's nothing more satisfying than the burn of carbonated beverages down my throat 😅
I also never realised that always needing background noise was a form of sensory seeking to the oiunt that I prefer to live on a busy road with continuous traffic!
friendly reminder that it's totally possible to be a sensory seeker with some senses and be sensory avoidant with other senses 🌈

At the doctors as we speak… First appointment went alright.. Had to get POKED twice for blood… then it will be again because I am getting a three course shot… yaaay… notuhhhh…. Lol and now sitting in my second to last appointment… then hopefully off to get my glasses… and then this doll… is done for the day… since my booster shot was weirdly cancelled… oh well… I’ll ask doc when she comes in.. I am hoping for some results today as to this nausea, ( no, I’m not pregnant) it’s from a car accident… and hopefully get some answers on my eating disorder and get rid of this nerve damage… because I can’t take it…. Oh lort this poor baby next to me… must be getting shots while I am waiting… breaks my heart to see em cry… like why?!? Stoooohppp hurting the baby… but… it’s for his own good… I’m staaaahvvving as well… can’t wait to go home and smoke and eat… FINALLY a day where I am hungry… let’s see how long it lasts…. Oh well…. The dr will be in a few and I’ll keep you updated… I hope everyone has a SPARKLING day!!
