Stoner:     

Slang for somebody who smokes cannabis, often. Most people would talk them down as if they are better, though they often consume poisons such as alcohol and caffeine. Stoners are generally a friendly minority, peaceful, and harmless. The arrogant people bitching about them smoking marijuana, they are usually bigger problems then the people they denounce.

Are you not able to smoke on certain birth controls? That's what I heard.. And if you do smoke even if you're not suppose to then what happens? do you know?

Well, to start with, I'm not a doctor (that would be the best person to ask!) But the Columbia University posted this article about it:

Yo, so did pretty much the rest of the fucking world. I'm so sorry, man. I'm blown away by the volume of submissions lately. Chances are, I just haven't gotten to it yet. I'm trying my best though- promise. The only reason I hesitate to use a suggestion is if it a) Doesn't make sense b) is similar to something I've already posted c) isn't specific to females. (I can totally link you to better blogs for that) If you come off Anon I could maybe be more specific?
