Lowkey went ghost again sorry abt that lol luckily for me I drank with some friends this weekend and gave myself alcohol poisoning so I was throwing up all the day after and that following night and im officially terrified to eat anything and I couldn’t even if I wanted to , I can’t eat more than a bite of food writhing like 10 minutes because I’ll feel like puking again and I can’t do that because I’ve done some serious damage to my body so yeah honeymoon fade I’m baaaackkk

I FINALLY REACHED A GOAL WEIGHT (115) and not only that I went straight to 114 lbs and I haven’t even been hungry lately but my mom has been getting all my fav low cal foods like mushrooms and soups wow I think I can do this you guys no I know that I can be skinny this summer is gonna be my summer

And my mom knows I count calories and she also thinks my eating habits are normal and supportive of me fasting

I also went to the gym and did backwards lunges, rdls, hip thrusts, and went on the stair master I know I burned 70 cals on the stair master but for the rest of the workout I’m going to calculate 80 cals burned

So I went over and ate 617 cals but I walked and ended up burning 262 cals and now I’m at 255 cals

I’m doing so good today I ate under 200 cals and I don’t even feel hungry but my friend wants me to go to her house and I already said I would to finish a movie but I always end up eating when I go there and her mom always makes extra dinner and she’s always snacking and I really don’t want to eat anything it makes me not want to go over there at all but Idk what kind of excuse I could make up omg help me plz

Update I ate dinner it was a burger and it made my net cals a lil over a thousand cals I rounded them up to 1,100 and I burned a lil over 100 cals I can burn 500-600 cals to get under again if you know any good quiet workouts please lmk
