Some of my favorite memories are from Gov Ball, a three day long music festival on Randall's Island during the first weekend in June. Thinking about the festival floods my mind with wonderful memories and stories. Gov Ball is a time of pure happiness, freedom, and carefree vibes. I am surrounded by people I love and music that makes me dance and sing until I physically can’t. This is a time for my soul to be alive and my heart to be happy. I cherish my memories from Gov Ball and the people I spend it with. It will always be something I look back on and remember as a time that made genuinely smile, laugh, love, and live.
