Billy was tired. Tired of people looking at him like he was a piece of porcelain ready to break. Ever since he'd woken up from his coma, people had been walking on eggshells around him and it annoyed him. It was as if they were afraid to talk to him ever since he'd been taken over in both mind and body by that monster. Perhaps they thought part of it was still in him, he honestly didn't know.

All he knew was that he wished he could sleep day in and day out. Rehabilitation was hard, his muscles ached from morning to evening and then there was the lack of air and his sudden sensitivity to heat. Though, seeing as it was a surprise he'd lived at all, he supposed the after effects could've been worse he guessed.

As a result of all that, he was seated outside the trailer, an unlit cigarette between his lips as he read a book. He'd been reading more again lately.

The halls of King’s Landing had been his home once upon a time. But after being away all these years, it felt odd for Aemond to be back home. His father had died, his half-sister sat upon the Iron Throne and his family well … somehow they’d all united under the common goal of finding back the stolen prince. It’d been a few weeks now that he’d been back, brought home by none other than his uncle and while he had avoided people for most of the time, he finally felt it time to try and return to a normal life. 

So, all washed and dressed, he was headed towards breakfast when he almost literally ran into Rhaenyra. “Oh, I … I am sorry, I was not paying attention.” He spoke quickly before taking a deep breath to calm his nerves. Even now, he was still jumpy, he supposed he would always be that way now. “I assume you were headed towards breakfast as well?”

Long were the days of a Queen. Ruling was never going to be easy, she had known that from the moment her father had named her his heir. It had terrified her for a long time too, but she was well surrounded by her family whom she loved greatly. So now that she had a day that was not as packed with meetings and such, she made her way to the garden to relax for a little while. Seeing her sister in the distance, she smiled and reached up a hand to wave. “Helaena, come, join me~” Things had been busy lately and while they still talked a little now and then, there were hardly ever any calm moments like this.

Daemon hated feasts … Well, no, no he didn’t. He hated the boring parts of it. The moments where he had to sit and smile and act all nice and princely while people were telling him the most boring stuff ever. Those parts, he hated. The jousting, or drinking and dancing and eating, those parts in general were fine. He liked those bits.

At this moment however, he was stuck during the boring bits and there was not enough wine to get through this. Glancing around, he eyed his brother, who seemed to be faring quite well at the moment, talking with some Lord. Shaking his head at that, his eyes landed on Aemma, and with a grin on his lips he mimicked yawning. He had to find a way to get out of this …
