Lance is a huge mama’s boy. (this one is pretty much canon actually now that I think about it) 

Keith is an artist

Shiro does his eyeliner.  this one started as a shit post and quickly became an inside joke within the fan base. It’s because of the way he is animated. makes sense that he looks like that though because he is Japanese.

Pidge is non-binary. everyone accepts this one as basically canon. this one’s my favorite on the list 

Keith loves Mothman and Cryptids. this one also is a running joke in the fan base because of episode one. his.. frankly, insane… clue board when they were looking for blue. it started as a Tumblr shit post and now we’re here.

Because of Keith, loving moth man, a lot of people also think that Pidge would like cryptids as well. 

Keith is lactose intolerant

Keith is nerodivergent in some way shape or form. this one really stuck with people because of the way he can’t .. people .. that well. he really does struggle with it for the first few seasons. A lot of the fans see him as autistic. 

Lance has ADHD. this one is wildly popular because of the way he’s very fidgety and can’t sit still. loud and obnoxious and always trying to get a word in even if it’s not the right timing. mostly the fidgety part, though! he just can’t sit, still. 

I love learning things that fandoms theorize, makes you feel more connected to the show and characters. And I love Keith even more for being into cryptids.

okay. So! Here’s a headcanon of mine. And for once it’s not Klance. We are taking baby steps… Starting with Allurance.

Alteans run colder than humans.. It’s normal for Alluras body temperature to seam clammy, cold.

To her Lance seems like he’s running a fever. Like, all the time. It’s just so strange that humans are so ..warm? Why are they so warm? It’s genuinely concerning.

But they paladins are constantly reassuring her that no, in fact by humans standards they all have a perfectly normal body temperature. That alteans are just “cold” which is ridiculous. It’s okay for her and Coran to have a body temp of around 50ish°F . Normal even.

She’s worried for them at first. But I mean, can you blame her? The paladins always always feel like they are running a bit hot.

But holding Lances hand. Or better yet, cuddling with Lance..It’s like a have a warm drink on chilly day. Comforting. It’s like being wrapped in the thickest, warmest blanket. And on especially cool days. (like that one time the temperature regulator in the castle broke and the recycled air seamed freezing. Clouding her breath) It’s so recharging to just be held by him.
