oh yes, another update to love among the stars. The tags say established Stormpilot relationship, so that's fine. I just didn't see it much. But that's fine, because I saw Mad Max: Fury Road, and I barely gave a thought to Stormpilot when I saw Scavenger Rey. It's just awesome! I like how the author managed to keep the tone of Mad Max in very few words. I also love how she fits Rey, Finn, and Poe into the universe perfectly.

If you haven't played/seen Mad Max, all you have to know is that it's a post-apocalyptic story of survival. If you have, then you won't be disappointed by how that world is portrayed. No matter what, this is a lovely short story about survival.

I never EVER thought I'd like JediStormPilot but SHIT THIS FIC!!!!! I don't know, just Finn's adorable confusion and Rey and Poe's obvious love for him. I just can't....

It's adorable how Finn tries to set them up and it totally backfires, but in the best fucking way. Heehee. Now I don't know if I'm gonna be into JediStormPilot so much cuz I see Rey and Finn more as best friends, but this has made a good first impression. If you're in the fence, I'd say give this a try. It’s not the basis for all JSP fics, but if you’re unsure, this fic may sway you one way or another.  

For me, I’m still anti-JSP, but this fic itself is just adorable and argh :DDD

Summary: This is a story I decided to create because I simply can't wait two years. For anyone who agrees with me on this, enjoy!

Not gonna lie. Read a few chapters and I gotta say, seems kinda boring as shit. Of course I'm in no position to judge; looking at the stats, plenty of people enjoyed this long ass fic so far and it's not even done. Thing is, ok. Like I said, take what I say either a grain of salt; but ta BORING. I get that chapters are sort of written like scenes. 

You know what would've been a cool experiment? Writing it like a script. Like, you out so much effort into the content, why not just make it straight up dialogue and stage directions? Literally it's all there, the information AND the way it's describes. Maybe that's why it feels so slow: all the information that makes up a script is presented in long rom. It just feels very passive. Read it if you will. I'm already hesitant because of the Finn/Rey tag tbh.... and I just noticed.... why the fuck is there a rey/luke skywalker tag?!?!?! eww

You said racy, huh? Well not so much but I do have pretty high standards for that kind of shit. Lol. 

The author tags angst, fluff, and smut, but really, it’s just fluff.  If you’re uncomfortable with angst or smut, don’t worry. This is not at ALL like that. Maybe my definition of “angst” or “smut” is different, but I think not.  Anyway, I didn’t tag those here, though I usually put the author’s tags in my posts.  I don’t want to mislead people against a fluffy adorable fic.

....wait.... what? 

So.... porn, I think....? I mean, it really just kind of creates a few scenarios from Poe's past, then Poe's torture by Kylo Ren. He then is immediately revealed to be basically having sex with Finn. I dunno, I prefer a bit more of a lead up. 

It’s not too poorly written, but the Finn/Poe Dameron relationship is NOT a main plotpoint; it’s more of the end goal, which it doesn’t feel like Poe even expected? I get it, it’s like “torture,” so fine, you don’t need to explain. I just... I still don’t really like it.  But that’s my opinion. I mean, blowjobs? There’s that, if you like. But that short scene didn’t justify the rest of the story.
