#NapiMárti #DailyMarty ✔ Egy kis NLP: Amikor a negatív véleményedet mondod valakinek úgy, hogy alig ismered akkor vetítesz. Amit neki mondasz, az rólad szól. A Te hiányosságaidról. Az észlelés/kivetítés, a visszajelzés és a vélemény között nagy távolság van. Ezt a távolságot az idő, a közös tapasztalat, az őszinteség tölti be. (Kevésbé érvényes ez, ha szakember jelez vissza. Ő az ismereteire, több éves tanulmányaira alapozva teszi ezt.) Mától gondolj bele és vigyázz kérlek, amikor másoknak vetítesz, mert árthatsz ezzel és ez egy önző dolog részedről. Nincs jó szándék egy negatív visszajelzésben csak ha mellette több pozitív is megtalálja a helyét érvekkel együtt. ✔ When you are giving a negative feedback to someone who barely know, is more a perception/projection of yourself. Its a big difference between perception, feedback and opinion. The difference is made by the time you spent with that person, made by sincerity and trust you had. From today on, please be careful when you are giving a negative feedback because you can make damages and on the other side is a selfish thing. No good reason or intention in giving to someone only negative feedbacks. If you add some positives too and you are accurately sure that you are not projecting, you add also some argues go ahead.
