This is an extremely extremely conservative secondary death projection (deaths from disease, starvation, etc) based on the direct death figures given by the Palestinian health ministry as in any conflict secondary deaths are on average 4x greater than direct deaths.

given the direct death figure is an outdated miscount based on confirmed bodies... if we include the just the 10k estimate of bodies trapped in rubble and don’t even try to include the direct deaths after the latest update weeks ago, the rough estimate of all deaths becomes 241k.
