You shrug it aside, and pay the creeping down your back no further attention; it would never do to react purely on your first impulse. Get to know the strange girl. Try to understand her. And if your gut turns out to be right, well. You’re a smart man, you’ll figure it out.

     Okay, look, after the last time we were in the pit together, maybe it’s for everyone’s benefit we hit training before trying to team up again.

     She doesn’t respond to what you say, and leaves you once more to revel in the bounds of worn parchment. Yet, even still you remain just as unsettled as you were before you raise your notice; something about her brings about reminder of another, and you bear a great amount of unease. Perhaps you’re merely being paranoid ─ surely you, of all people, should know better than to think with that gut impulse of yours. So, you decide to fill in the space in your (one-sided) conversation with hopes that you could disband your suspicions for false. (And that not all awkward individuals such as her were not the same as Tharja.)
