Asuna's Rabbit Ragout

Anime: Sword Art Online Appearance: Episode 8 Time: 3-4 hours Serving: About 7-8 people. It does make a lot

Ever since I first saw this episode on Sword Art Online I’ve been dying to try and make it. Asuna was right ragout is french for stew and it’s pronounced ragoût (do not confuse this with ragu which is an Italian meat sauce). So finally I have and I LOVE it! It was worth the wait and attempts to find rabbit. Now if you dont like rabbit or cant find it because it’s hard to find you can use any meat (chicken/beef/veal) or just use veggies. So as hard as this rabbit was to find apparently my grandparents at a ton of it when they were children. Once they found out I bought rabbit they were beyond excited! Anyway I did my best to copy what looked like the ingredients added. One thing looked like a head of lettuces that I didnt add why because it doesnt work. If you want you can do what I did use it as a decoration but dont cook with it. It just gets soggy.
