One phrase I seem to hear a lot is βMy hair doesnβt grow.β I donβt want to sound stern but this is wrong. All hair grows unless there is a problem with the hair cuticle or your follicle itself. The problem for most people is length retention. Now while all growth rates are not created equal, it doesnβt mean that the hair isnβt growing at all. There are some exceptions to this for those who have special circumstances such as scalp issues but for the majority, thatβs not the case. The ends of your hair play a huge part in length retention because it is the oldest part of your hair. Thatβs why i always stress the point to care for your ends. If you are trying to grow your hair to its longest possible lengths you have to make sure that you take care of your ends. They get the driest first and fastest so make sure you special attention to them. So again i say, itβs not that your hair IS NOT growing , your just not retaining the length that you are receiving. Be sure to take care of the moisture and protein levels in your hair and your ends and i promise you it will make a world of difference in retaining length https://ift.tt/2ZpPmpb
