Hiii!! I’m Strawberry-Ruby or Yuri, I was a Pieyon’s fan and found out about the New B-Komachi that way! I consider myself Hoshino Ruby’s number one fan (raise your red lightsticks comrades!) and this blog is entirely dedicated towards her!! (Though I'll also post B-Komachi news)

NEW MUSIC ALERT

B-Komachi will be doing remakes of some old B-Komachi songs, so we'll FINALLY get some new content after that self intro!

It seems like the songs will be: Our Sign is B, STAR☆T☆RAIN and HEART's♡KISS.

I feel like this is a perfect selection; by starting with covers, we get to see their dancing and singing talents without having to focus on new music. It also feels like a tribute to the old B-Komachi which is lovely. I heard a rumour they might change the songs slightly, but I have no clue if it's true.

I shall review the songs when they come out, but please remember I'm originally a Pieyon fan, not a jpop fan, I'm more used to metal, so my criticism might not be super in depth :P

Can we stop with the Kana hate? Just because she became an idol, it doesn’t mean she won’t be in any other movies. It’s not just a cash grab too, idols don’t even make that much and she clearly cares about singing, have you seen her MVs? Her voice is beautiful?? Like jesus let people live!

Ok so while they all (except MEMcho for obvs reasons) introduced themselves with their full names, the subtitle only refered to them as Ruby, Kana and MEMcho. If you noticed I stopped refering to Arima Kana by her full name, that's why! I think it's a cute way to difiriantiate her actress persona and her idol persona, so when I go first name only I'm talking about B-Komachi's Kana and when I go full name I'm talking about the actress!

It's kinda weird not refering to her with full name though... not with Ruby though, I've been calling her Ruby-chan since Pieyon's video lmao.

FINAL B-KOMACHI MEMBER REVEALED!!

B-Komachi released a new (the first) video on their yourube channel where all three did a self intro. Yes you heard me right, all three!

The third member is famous streamer MEMcho!

Highlights of the self intro:

Ruby calling Kana Loli senpai???

Kana looking like she does NOT want to be here the entire time (but in a funny way)

The name B-Komachi was chosen by Ruby! Apparently she's dreamed of being in the same group as the late Ai since she was a child.

Both Ruby and MEMcho were Ai fans when they were little

Kana asked they if they werent to young to be fans and they both changed the subject?? It was so funny lmao (we have Ruby's student records so dw about age lying or whatever)

MEMcho's goal: reach 1 million subs (go sub if you haven't!)

Kana's goal: get better at singing and dancing

Ruby's goal: get more people to know about B-Komachi, become the kind of idol that brightens everyone's day, and preform at the tokyo dome (that last one has irl lore implications if you know about the og group)

Anyways make sure to give the video lots of love!! They all seem to work well together, Ruby childishly bullying Kana and MEMcho keeping evrything happy. Their dynamic is really funny, as someone more used to following youtubers and idols, I like that they'll be doing both!
