Thinking about pre-glasses homeowner confessing to some they liked but got rejected and the house seeing the result of that. More specifically Hector.

It breaks his heart so bad. Not that you had feelings for another. He perfectly understands. He knows that in this form he’s just your AC and has no way of communicating with you, but the sight of you being sad and sulking makes him ache with you. He thinks you’re the greatest person and loves you so deeply that it almost baffles him that someone out there doesn’t also feel that way. The fact that no one else out there has eyes for you like he does sounds so improbable to him.
