spoilers for if you havent beaten bg3 the emperor is a fucking cuck. aside from the fact that he's a soulless squid monster and really isnt worth trusting, he spends the entire game trying to convince you to become partially illithid and use the tadpole powers to your advantage, and he's kinda manipulating you by taking on a human form to do so. but more importantly, the moment you aren't on his side without question and want to free orpheus, he gets pissy with you for not trusting him (mindflayer btw) and goes to fight FOR the netherbrain like it isn't objectively the bigger evil in this scenario

Saw someone fixing their makeup in the light and mirror of a car's passenger seat on my way home. It reminded me of how there's this inherent complexity in the simplest of things. Sure, the grass flows because of the wind. That's simple. But the beauty of that? The magnificence of those shimmering blades on the only known planet to have such things? That's complex. It's such a deeper story, and I know that person in that car is just as complex.

Seeing Sora2 is exactly like seeing the first Sora was. I was concerned then, and I'm even more concerned now that I'm more staunchly against AI. Sora2 absolutely never should've been created. There's no practical reason for it to exist, full stop. AI comes at the cost of the environment, and that alone is justification to burn the entire industry to the ground.
