Hong Kong Pork Noodles 豬扒麵 1 pack Nissin instant noodles (original flavour) 1 pc pork (chop or shoulder or any other part), soy sauce, worcester sauce, garlic, cooking wine 1 type of green for a splash of color and health (optional)

Cook instant noodles in boiling water, 2.5 mins. Run under cold tap to prevent it from cooking further (and to wash off the wax that preserves it)

Fry pork with garlic (optional), add worcester sauce (splash), soy sauce (2 tbs), cooking wine (splash), salt and pepper to taste.

Blanche veg on side if healthy.

Serve noodles in a bowl, add hot water and soup mix. Throw in cooked pork and veg and enjoy.
