My bath looks like something out of a dream.
HEY EVERYONE! IT’S FINALS WEEK, AND YOU KNOW WHAT THAT MEANS! STRESS.
I have been using Play-Dough since 6th grade therapeudically for anxiety and stress. I recommend it to everyone I can. Friends with attention disorders, anxiety, fidgety hands, stress, etc. Play-Dough is perfect for stress relief and other things too!
Attention Disorders: Great for rolling around your fingers to keep yourself moving, but not distracting yourself and others around you.*
Stress: Use how you like! Whether rolling it around your palms or squeezing it like a stress ball, Play-Dough is great for a replacement in stress balls.
Anxiety: I find that rolling it in a ball around my palm and fingertips helps keep me calmer. Find what suits you!
Fidgety Hands: Go along with it like you do without it. Instead of tapping your pen, play with some Play-Dough.
Anger: Use like a stress ball. Crush it, tear it up. Release your emotions into the Play-Dough!
AND THOSE ARE ONLY A FEW!
******Wal-Mart sells the regular sized containers for 50 cents, and they come in a variety of colors, so you can choose your favorite!******
!!! IMPORTANT !!!
You don’t need to play with all of the Play-Dough at once. I usually use one the size of a cherry that has a big seed in it. You decide what’s good for you.
*With Attention Disorders, too much can be distracting. Use a small amount and keep it in a hand you don’t write with. Again, what ever suits you!
Hope this helps and sorry I’m late posting this during finals week.

A healthy snack - take two rice cakes (mine are made of quinoa) and top with a nut butter, I chose almond, and any fruit you like. I sliced up an apple and added that along with some blueberries!
Lunch today: Tortilla Wraps filled with lettuce, tomatoes, paprika, cucumber, cottage cheese and a little balsamico. I hadn’t tried pure vegetable wraps before, so I was damn well surprised! It’s just sooo good and I don’t miss salmon or anything at all! Guess I’m gonna make this again this week.

Hello :) Do you have any tips on how to deal with exam anxiety?
Hello.
Note. It is normal to be nervous/stress before an examination/test/final. Regardless of how many examinations we have taken in the past, we still might be anxious.
Tips to Deal with Exam Anxiety:
Sleep. Before any examination, sleep is important. If you pull an all-nighter, you will feel tired. And, you risk blanking out on the exam. Normally, I sleep about 5-7 hours the night before an exam/test.
Water. Water helps calm me down. I would suggest that you bring one to the examination room. Whenever you are feeling stress, drink some water. It helps.
Formulas/Important Information. When you get your examination paper, write down all the formulas that you know. Or, anything that is very important for the examination. This way, if you do forget, you can at least refer to the formulas that you have written down at the beginning of the examination.
Don’t forget your watch. Assure that you have a watch. Some examination rooms have clocks available, but some do not. You do not want to rush through the examination.
Time: Pace yourself. Count the number of pages of the examination. Ideally, you should be half way done the examination when half the examination time has elapsed.
Difficulty. Try to work with the questions that you find easiest. You do not have to answer the pages in order. Build your confidence with the easier questions and work your way towards the harder questions.
*If you cannot answer a question or feel as if you do not have a clue how to do so, skip it. Return to it after.
Know where your examination room is. And, when it is. Double-check. It is better to be sure of where/when your examination is than just trying to find the room at the last minute.
Points. Avoid leaving any question blank. At least try. You never know. You might get partial points. If you leave it blank, then you will not be getting any points at all for it.
Note: The more difficult/longer a question is, the more points it would be worth.
Use this site to figure out how much you need to score on the examination to pass the class/score overall 80 in the class: Final Grade Calculator
Breathe. We all forget to do so when we are under a lot of pressure.
Set an alarm. Do not be late for examination. That will cause unnecessary stress.
Eat. Before an examination, no matter what, eat something. Snacks, hot/cold drink, fruits, yogurt, noodles… Anything. But, assure that it will not cause an energy crash before the examination… Just do not go to the examination hungry. It will distract you.
Supplies. The night before, pack your examination supplies. Pencils, calculator, pens, your ID card.. Assure that you do not forget them.
Just remember this.
You will live through this. You have been through much more difficult obstacles than this. The grade you get on this examination does not reflect who you are. Just try your best. Use this exam to prove to your teacher what you know about the subject. After the examination will be done, you will be free to do whatever you wish.
Best of Luck.
Someone might suffer from anxiety because they are dealing with personal distress, brain chemistry, or it could be caused from genetics. Some ways to help others handle their anxiety are as follows:
