There were varying accounts by Emma as to whether and when she had spoken to anyone about the alleged assault: At times she claims she hadn’t spoken to anyone, not even her parents,’ at other times she claims that she told a few good friends.’ 8 Her latest claim was that she spoke to a friend days after the alleged event who had to make clear to her that being nearly strangled to death and being penetrated anally while struggling against it and screaming “NO” constituted rape.’ 1 

e. There was also no evidence whatsoever that Emma’s attitude or behavior regarding Paul had changed after the alleged incident. On the contrary, Paul was able to present numerous love messages that Emma wrote to him before and after the alleged event with no apparent change in mood. Even though these messages were excluded as . On the same occasion Emma presented a fourth accuser, a close friend of hers and a fellow visual arts student at Columbia, who made up another false allegation against Paul. Paul was informed about this complaint first by reporters to whom Emma presented this complaint, when Paul started to go public to defend himself against Emma’s campaign. f. Columbia was also informed that Emma had a history of alleging of sexual assault. Take Darren Wilson: He did not NEED to resort to deadly force against Mike Brown and yet he chose to anyway. There’s even quotes of him saying he was asking himself before the act whether or not he could get away with it if he did it. That makes him a murdering POS. Just like all the other cops who’ve murdered (typically, Black) citizens outside of the moral boundaries of acceptable self-defense.

Religion: My View

So here's my stance on religion. Note that I'm an agnostic that's grown up in a catholic school and family all my life.

I think religion is outdated. It's a way of keeping people in check and making sure they'll follow guidelines you want them to. The Bible contradicts itself and modern christianity, there's a ton of unexplained stuff that I'll probably get to later, and there's no physical evidence of a worldwide flood, a deity's existence, etc. There's a bunch of unnecessary restrictions that don't do any good being restricted, if they don't do harm. A glaring example of this is that you aren't supposed to marry another person who is nonreligious (2 Corinthians 6:14). Now pardon my french, but if two people love each other who the fuck are the church to say that they can't get married? Then there's the obvious fact that God's killed tons of people, then suddenly became extremely forgiving when he decided to get himself nailed to a cross, yet hell still is apparently a thing. Good going. Also, did anyone else note that Jesus was a bit on the narcissistic side?

Also, every religion out there is teaching their kids that they have the right religion, and that the other ones are all wrong. Yeah....anyone else see the problem?

A friend told me he had found the "best religion ever" and described to me what a Unitarian was. Frankly, I don't care what the religion entails; I still see no physical evidence of God. I know I may sound contradictory when I say this, but I may become theist once again, however I don't think I'll ever be religious again.

I’ve been getting into politics.

Here are things I am/support: Libertarian Paleoconservative (a bit on the extreme side as a matter of fact) Capitalist Anarcho-Capitalism

If you agree, stay. I like talking to like minded individuals. If you don’t agree, stay. I like debating about stuff and seeing the other side.

I try not to judge people based on their political views. I will support a person who is a militant anarcho-capitalist organizing protests every single week, but that doesn’t mean I’m gonna automatically assume they’re not an asshole. Alternatively, I don’t support (and admittedly may have some bias against) a diehard Stalinist believing the best way for a country is under an iron fist, but I’ve met some nice facists in my day, and I don’t think all communists will be super assholes all the time.

Anyway, my opinion on America: what started out as a great libertarian capitalism (minus slavery) devolved over time into a crony capitalism, and in some cases, a kleptocracy. I personally lean more towards the Republican party, but just like the Democrats they seem eager to promote a large federal government that’s up in your life. These are unfortunate times, and especially with the legislature unable to make any decisions that have a significant impact, we can do fuck all. Revolution, anyone?

I’ve managed to drag my friends into this stuff. Their views are…interesting, to say the least. Two of them are like me, but less extreme, another is a perfectly centrist libertarian, and then there’s triplets, two of them being socially moderate leftists, and another being a left authoritarian. Then there’s one who’s a bit…confused. The tests label him under left authoritarian, but he claims he supports capitalism, and when I described socialism to him he denied it. He also says that the best way to rule a country is using an iron fist, and he says we should have “rich organizations and businesses, not individuals.” That’s a bit socialist…to an extent…possibly syndicalism?

Anyway, as you can see I’ve associated myself with a colorful political spectrum. One of the triplets is a bit…out of the loop, I must admit; he says we should be limited to “medium powered pistols” (wtf), supports higher taxes on the rich, and is pretty much an economic socialist. What’s better is he classifies himself as a libertarian. We tried to tell him that left is commonly associated with liberalism, but he took a test that said he was Republican, because of his stances on immigration, abortion, gay marriage, etc. I’m never using that test again, as it didn’t outline economics. Like, at all.

But I personally should probably outline my own views, and this post will then end, as I have gone on for quite a long time.

-Government should not heavily regulate economy. -Government should not take YOUR money through ways of income taxes. -Immigration should be restricted to an extent, though still pretty loose. -Illegal immigrants are a no. -Obama’s wonderful “free college” plan is utter bullshit. That money is coming out of our pockets and through state governments through taxes. Any conservative should know this. -The free market, if left untampered by the government, will best run an economy and generate profit for business owners and workers. -All (yes, all) guns should be legal for use, but people must take a psychiatric test to see if they are mentally stable enough to use an assault weapon. -Criminalizing drugs is a victimless crime. Victimless crimes = bullshit.
