Started a new adventure this past week.

I’m now on semaglutide, phentermine, eating about 600 cals a day among all my other “quirks”

Another good fast. Was pushing for 24 hours but didn’t make it. I broke with 100 cals. Doing pretty good today

I absolutely love having a planner. It allows me to keep my thoughts straight when I am struggling with brain fog. Keeps my appointments straight. I track my work hours. I track orders that I need to complete and ship. I journal things on my mind to get it out. I use my planners for so much! To things that I dont like about it.... * paper planners can get so bulky * I get hooked on stickers hahahha * I loathe carrying a bulky planner everywhere * I end up using my cell phone for more than getting out my planner and writing it down * It is such a waste of paper and poor trees My solution to my problems.....digital planning on my ipad!
