White Lemon - The Tea Haus

I first must admit- I’m not typically a fan of lemon things. My grandmother makes these delicious lemon squares but, that’s about the only lemon item that I like. Even when the waiter brings pop to the table with a lemon wedge on the side, I tend to pass it to my sister (who would definitely love this tea). 

So when I decided to try this tea, I was afraid that it would taste something equal to the lemon water you get to clean your hands at the Mandarin or a buffet restaurant. I was totally and completely wrong. 

White Lemon tea might smell like overpowering lemon (a good thing, by the way, I do adore that smell) but, the taste is just so smooth and not in the slightest overpowering. This tea alone has changed my entire perspective on lemon teas. 

I’ve got about 7 more samples of The Tea Haus to explore and I couldn’t be more excited!

Who do I think I am?

You’ve probably stumbled upon this blog and thought- who the hell does this tea blogger think she is? Reviewing different teas like she’s some kind of educated tea sommelier?

I’m no one. I’m just some random girl who in December got really into trying different teas. I also need a side project to keep me amused while working.

Quick facts: My name is Jenna, I’m 24 and I’m from Southern Ontario. In the beginning, it will probably be mostly DavidsTea and then we’ll move into other stuff.

Organic Cacao Tea- Tisano Tea

Oh my god, the minute I opened the packet, I knew I was going to be in love. I was hesitant to try this one right away. I’ve tried a couple chocolate-esque teas before and was never a huge fan because the blends were always either too bitter or the taste trying to do too much.

Let me tell you, this Cacao Tea is delicious from the first sip to the last. It is nothing like the chocolate/cacao teas you’ve had before. It’s perfectly simple. It’s smooth and delicious and honestly, I can’t get enough.
