The first vacuum molding was unsuccessful because of the following reasons
The mold surface is too rough and the bottle is rough
Half bottle seams are not aligned
The mold melts at high temperatures
Overall, this experiment failed. But found the reason. So I decided to make the vocum mold from the top and reprint the entire bottle. And increase the density of printing

Looking for some inspiration

At first, I wanted to make a lumbar support structure. It has many side-by-side support points, this structure can automatically adjust the height of each part according to the lumbar spine ups and downs.
Then portable, or folding chair. I did some research in this area. Finally decided to make a portable folding stool
Because the bench has four legs, so I began with the leg folded structure, then sketching, because the legs are all folded after the shape of the cross, so I think the main structure of the octagon is more in line with the design aesthetics.
