Key Findings in the Investigation:

• The Bust: U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) officers boarded eight cruise ships at the Port of San Diego between April 23-27, 2026, as part of a major investigation, detaining 28 crew members from different cruise lines.

• The Evidence: Out of 28 total crew members interviewed across the ships, 27 were found to have been involved in the "receipt, possession, transportation, distribution, or viewing" of child sexual exploitation material.

• Disney Staff Involved: While Disney confirmed that some of the detained individuals were their employees, they noted that the majority of the 28 workers came from other cruise lines.
