Summer Lemonade
It’s nearly summer, and that means not only will you want a revision cool down, but but something sweet to keep you going! Ingredients 1 cup of lemon juice (Around 6 lemons) 1 cup of white sugar or 3/4 cups of caster 3 cups of cold water to dilute 1 cup of water Method In a small saucepan, add the one cup of water along with the sugar. Set this on a low heat and stir until the sugar is dissolved. Once the syrup is clear, take off the heat.
Set this aside to cool down as you juice the lemons. Once done, combine the syrup and juice into a jug and stir. Add the cold water part by part, stopping to taste until you have the desired flavor.
